Sounds more like pregnancy than cancer.
if you are concerned, visit your doctor or urgent care.
Mybe it's because of rubbing against your bra... or something. That happens to me a lot in the summer, when I change into and out of my bathing suit many times/day.
Take a pregnancy test. Breast tenderness is common during early pregnancy and so is itching because breasts are growing. If you are still developing it also common to have those symptoms. Consult your physician if you are still concerned.
I know the feeling, it's definitely uncomfortable! For me, it's part of PMS, but I'm not sure if it could be connected to anything else.
