Im cramping but i have not had no bleeding what should i do?

im in a wheelchair im not sexually active i'm having cramps and back aches but no bleeding i started a new med called questran light powder what should i do and what could it beIm cramping but i have not had no bleeding what should i do?
It could be your new medicine. I would check with your Dr. about this.
Your period might be coming soon. That is what happens to me a day or two before. If nothing happends for a while, get it checked. If you wait to long it might be serious.
I don't mean to scare you but its probably nothing.
