It could be a miscarriage OR something else. Nobody can tell you except a doctor who examines you. Please be safe. Go to your doctor or the ER now.
If you're pregnant and you have these symptoms you need to call your doctor. If you aren't pregnant and you are having chest pain you need to go to the hospital.

You need to see your OBGYN OR GO TO THE ER. That's not normal. Especially since you are having chest pains and spotting. I have known people that have had these symptoms and they were confined to bed rest for a while. Good luck. Get off of your computer and see a doctor.
