experience a vibrating like feeling in their vaginal or pelvic region during or right before their period. I get this every month. Mostly before my period, but this month...during the whole time. It feels like a soft vibrating feeling like when you have your phone on your hip and it vibrates. A few times this has happened to me and I actually checked to make sure my phone wasn't vibrating on my bed. I always wondered if this was some strange thing my body did, or does anyone else experience this.

Yeah I sometimes feel that when my legs are closed tightly together. Maybe that's whats happening. This may seem inappropriate, but before and after your period and supposedly when you are the most "turned-on" so to speak. I feel it too and it does me no harm.
i have never heard of any girl's pelvic region "vibrating" before their period comes. it's actually kind of weird, but i doubt it's harmful to your body.

I think I know what you mean, this seems like cramps, but not really painful, just movement in that area. Nothing to worry about as far as I know.
