Im 12 and my boobs grew overnight?

ok yesterday i was still in a training bra. and today im a size a 36! i dont want people to think i stuff! i literally grew overnight!! what should i do!!Im 12 and my boobs grew overnight?

nothing, just ajust to your boob size. if your really worried people will say things wear sports bras.

unfortunately there is nothing you can do about it. If people are really that observant of your chest size then just wear a big t shirt or sweat shirt and gradually wear a tighter shirts over a couple of days to ease the shock
I hate you. Sport bras do make your boobs seem smaller, but why should you care what they think. be happy!

Try wearing a sport bra or another bra that keeps your chest flat. Gradually ease up to the size 36 bra as you begin to feel more comfortable about the sudden change. If you are really self-conscious, don't wear really tight clothing for a while.
There is nothing you can do besides be comfortable in your own skin. The same thing happened to me. I woke up a full grown woman. Hips, boobs, everything. Don't worry about it, you are not the only one.
