Could just be that you have lumpy breast tissue, but if the bumps are new or if you've never had a breast exam, you ought to consult your gynecologist. If you're over 40, have a mammogram.

i keep hearing this word 'bumps' ! which the first image that pops in my mind is when i slow my car down to avoid hitting those road bumps !
can people be a little bit more specific ... am not a phsycic or poses magical powers to know what type of 'bumps' u talking about ..
have they got any particular shape, colour, and properties like produce pus, blood .. what are their size? how many are there? when did they start to develop? do they cause pain when you press them? do they make you itch ?
