If a woman has a much higher level of testosterone in her body how will this affect her?

I'm 16 and I've been born with a very high quantity of androgen hormones (testosterone) in my body, a quantity that is equal to the one that men's bodies produce. I already know my physical changes, I want to know how it could affect me mentally. If a woman has a much higher level of testosterone in her body how will this affect her?
I had high androgen levels at your age and was diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome. Not the same thing, but still noteworthy, I think. I didn't get periods, I grew dark hair on my face, and generally had a very crappy time. As for the mental parts, I was very moody a lot of the time and was generally depressed. It's hard to separate those things from general teen angst, though... Sorry I don't have much advice to give you.
I just read a very interesting book about sex hormones that you might want to check out. Here's the description from the very first page:
"Beyond the Natural body presents an episode in the history of life sciences that is essential to our current understanding of sex and the body, and the relations between gender and science. Since the early decades of the twentieth century, the notion of the hormonally constructed body has become the dominant mode of conceptualizing bodies, particularly female bodies, to such an extent that we now assume that it is a natural phenomenon This book challenges the idea that there is such a thing as a 'natural' body and demonstrates that it is the process by which scientific claims achieve universal status that constructs such discourses as natural facts."
are you interested in females sexually? or are you interested in males?

... you didn't answer the question, and yes it can
I think we should both scratch our balls and think about this one.
Coarse body hair would be one of the consequences.
