If you get a period when your on the pill does that mean your not pregnantIm confused aout the pill?
Your pills may not be strong enough for u they call that bleeding through. To be fully protected against pregnancy go back to your doctor they will prescribe ones that will be more suitable to u
If you've been taking the pill as instructed then you shouldn't be pregnant. You should get a period when you're on your seven day break (if you take one) as the Pill basically tricks your body into thinking that it's pregnant. Hope that helps.
yes if ur ovulatin like normal e.g. after pil break but sumtimes u can spot and b pregnant, keep an eye out, if ur meant to come on at a certain date or roughly about that time and u dont and it changes then u cud be.
best way is to go family plannin clinic or ur doctor or whoever prescribed u the pils and tel them ur worries, remember if u miss one u have to use other protection for 7 days, althou i have neva done that and im not pregnant ALTHOU if u mis like ur second pil of the month then u are more likely to get pregnant

Im confused aout the pill?
I'm concerned on my weight, please answer?
I recently broke my femur (thigh bone) on the 6th and am now on vicodin. I seem to eat normally but am not gaining any weight. I lost 5 pounds and now weigh 100 pounds and am 5'3. My breast size has gone down 1 size (from a C to a B).
It is now 35 days and I have offically skipped a period. What should I do and should I be worried?I'm concerned on my weight, please answer?
I would be concerned. If I were you I would go visit my doctor and tell him what you're telling us.
If its been thirty five days and you've lost that much weight but you are still eating normally you may have a thyroid problem. Many people in my family have thyroid problems that do not allow them to gain weight. I recommend going to your doctor and explaining his concerns to you. Testing the thyroid is very easy, they'll just draw a little blood and send it to the lab.
I'm coming off Depo next week...advice please?
I'm going to the doctor to come off deop provera and go back on the pill. Are there any questions you think I should ask the doctor, or any experiences you want to share?
I know there's already a lot on here about it but they mainly seem to be about coming off when trying for a baby, whereas i'm coming off because its been 5 years and should have a break. I don't want to get pregnant!!I'm coming off Depo next week...advice please?
I came off Depo after 5 years on my doctors advice and also because I wanted to (it didn't seem healthy not to have periods for that one). It took about a year after stopping the injections for my body to settle down and for my periods to become normal again.
I was on the depo for 6 years and came off to go onto the pill, I had also decided to give my body a break.
They say it takes a year to have the depo fully come out of your system, but generally suggest that you use condoms for the first seven days whenever changing contraception.
Why are you coming off it if you don't want to get pregnant?
I have been on it for 7 years and I've been told their is no reason to come off it! So unless you want to try for a baby I would stay put. It's a total myth that after a certain time you should go off the injection.
I'm bloated. What should I do to relieve the bloating?
I have my period. I just got it a day ago. It's never on time, it's either too early or too late. And today (it's currently 6:45AM wherer I live) I have to go to school at 8:00, but I'm REALLY bloated. What's a good fast way to relieve the bloating?
Thanks a lot, all suggestions are accepted!I'm bloated. What should I do to relieve the bloating?
Hot lemon water is a natural diuretic that will eliminate bloating. Also, don't eat too much salty stuff during the day. But constantly drink fresh hot lemon water.
me too i just got mine too a day ago so drink water tea coffee take diuretics avoid salt
Coffee , Beano and switch to Citrucell .
The psyllium based fibers make women more bloated and Citrucell does not .
Mix 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in 4 ounces of water and drink.
Diurex makes a PMS formula now that works WONDERS.. but if you're looking for a quick fix, drink a lot of water and try to not eat frozen foods or anything high in sodium! Drinking a lot of water may sound counterproductive, but it's not! Good luck!
there are pills called pms take that, and give it a lil minute or two, and it should work cause I do it and it works fine, not drinking things that are nasty,

Well, if you've taken Midol and the rest of "those" and they don't help, then i suggest seeing your Gynecologist.
Also, you haven't said what you mean by "period pain". And well your GYN is going to ask you the same thing. Are you having cramps and if so what kind and where?
I know that if you start a regular "exercise" routine, one which includes mainly crunches this should help the "pain" subside if it is indeed cramps.
However, please, see a Gynecologist. I wouldn't take risks with my health by trial and error and in the mean time you could be doing long term damage.
get a hysterectomy
go to ur docter and ask him/her for help
evening primrose oil!
Well, avoid salty foods and also foods that are high in caffeine. And even though you don't feel like working out, it really helps a lot if you do, even if it's just 15 minutes/day. Or take a walk, that helps too. So basically, if you're doing everything healthy, you should see a big improvement.

Obviously your persription isn't working, if you've been on it for 3 months or less, the chance of spotting is more than after your body gets used to the hormones.my sister and I are on birth control, but she has lower hormones in her pills than I do...tell your doctor and get it fixed.and don't forget your reminder pills.I swear by them, I think they help...
I'm not really sure what you're asking. Can you add more details?
I'm aching and sore all over after having sex is that normal and when will it go away?
Ok my bf (next sat night we have a ring ceremony and he becomes my fiance, haven't set the date yet) and I had sex for the first time after our prom (last Sat night). We went to Lake Tahoe for two nights and it was WONDERFUL!!). Except he was a TOTAL RAGING BEAST! lol lol. Anyway we were both virgins before and all we ever did was use our hands to stimulate each other so we wouldnt be tempted to go all the way. I must have been in a constant orgasmic state the whole time. I went to school today and was so exhausted I couldnt stay awake (just finished a 2 hour nap). I'm no couch potato and frequently jog with him in the park. I had to beg off because I felt so sore andexhausted this afternoon after school. Anyway I didn't like that glint in his eye earlier when he was "checking me out". I was afraid that if I went with him in shorts who knows what that "animal" might do. Maybe carry me off into the bushes lol lol. Anyway is thesoreness and exhaustion normal for a former virginI'm aching and sore all over after having sex is that normal and when will it go away?
Yes, it's normal to be sore after losing your virginity or any time you start having sex again after a break. Give it a week or two and it will get better, just slow down a little bit until you're used to it.
yes. I deflowered a virgin before and she had flu symptoms the next day. It's normal.
Yes this is all very normal. if you do it right you should be exhausted after sex, lol. But even when you are no longer a virgin you can still feel thst soreness if you havent had sex for a long time. So good luck
Yes, it's normal to ache all over after having sex (even when it's not your first time). You use muscles you never knew you had, so they do get sore. Yes, it does go away.
