Im 20 and my body is already gone down hill, help...?

hello, well its one thing after another with me, ever since i got my health insurance back ive been in and out of the doctors! lol ok well i found a lump pretty small inside of my libia thats the lip right? well i can move it around and i found it in the shower...recently ive been having a bad smell from their and my sex drive is gone...what could this be? i go to the gyno in june so i just wanted some tips now...i have been checked for the past 2 years for STDs and im clear. im sure its a lymph node...any tips how to make it go away too..Im 20 and my body is already gone down hill, help...?
The outside lip (the skin part close to the inner labia)...it could be a sebaceous cyst, in other words a clogged oil gland. And, yes...you can in a way grab it and roll it around. It feels like a little beebee or a fairly firm pea. I had one and it eventually just went away. Just try and keep the area clean and avoid lotions or excess moisture. After sex, clean really well and DRY! The inside lip (the tissue glands...the inner labia)...those are similar to the clogged oil gland. I'm not sure exactly what they are called but a doctor told me to again, keep the area clean and aviod excess moisture. Any friction (intercoarse) can further irritate or prolong the stay of the bump. I noticed when I cleaned up properly after intercoarse (took a shower) and kept the area dry they went away fairly quickly. The bad smell you mentioned...I'm not sure about that. well i am 21 and i am falling apart also. that is scary. as for the other part i don't know about it.
